Across TCGA cell cohorts, CACNA2D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,161 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACNA2D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM23, METTL4, and FANCD2. Each is linked with CACNA2D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA2D1-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA2D1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM23 grouped by CACNA2D1-low versus CACNA2D1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
