Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CACNA1I Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CACNA1I data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher CACNA1I Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CACNA1I expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

UCEC, THYM, and ESCA are the cancer types where CACNA1I Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
