Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,714 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACNA1H-associated genes across cancer lineages are TERF2IP, DAGLB, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with CACNA1H in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1H-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1H→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
