Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1F protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 512 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CACNA1F-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTLL12, SCGB1D2, and RBP4. Each is linked with CACNA1F in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1F-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1F results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNA1F versus TTLL12 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1F→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
