Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CACNA1F RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CACNA1F data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CACNA1F RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CACNA1F expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and HNSC show a favorable association.

BRCA, LUSC, and HNSC are the cancer types where CACNA1F RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
