CACNA1F

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1F mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,287 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA1F-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, FGD4, and SMAD2. Each is linked with CACNA1F in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1F-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1F results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by CACNA1F-low versus CACNA1F-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1F→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1F) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
