CACNA1D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CACNA1D RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,549 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA1D-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL17RB, PPFIBP2, and PLXNB1. Each is linked with CACNA1D in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1D-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNA1D versus IL17RB in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1D→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
