CACNA1C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,398 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA1C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSC5D, TAGLN, and THBS3. Each is linked with CACNA1C in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1C-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CACNA1C versus SSC5D in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
