The most reproducible CACNA1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS2, CDKN3, and ITPR1. Each is linked with CACNA1C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1C-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1C results are reported.
