CACNA1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CACNA1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,464 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CACNA1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ICMT, DCLRE1B, and MMS22L. Each is linked with CACNA1B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CACNA1B-to-partner and partner-to-CACNA1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ICMT grouped by CACNA1B-low versus CACNA1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CACNA1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CACNA1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
