CABYRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABYRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,574 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABYRP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PNP, RCOR3, and RPRD2_S928. Each is linked with CABYRP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABYRP1-to-partner and partner-to-CABYRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CABYRP1 versus PNP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABYRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABYRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
