Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,500 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of cell number, DNA biosynthetic process, and Regulation of DNA binding. Each is linked with CABS1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABS1-to-partner and partner-to-CABS1 results are reported.
