CABS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,576 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENOPH1, PSMA5P1, and RN7SKP136. Each is linked with CABS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABS1-to-partner and partner-to-CABS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENOPH1 grouped by CABS1-low versus CABS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
