Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CABP5 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CABP5 data layer compared with 14 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher CABP5 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CABP5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where CABP5 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
