CABP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 897 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCRC1, OAZ1, and LRRC59. Each is linked with CABP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABP5-to-partner and partner-to-CABP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UQCRC1 grouped by CABP5-low versus CABP5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
