CABP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CABP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 138 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are AAAS, TRAK1, and SKOR1. Each is linked with CABP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABP5-to-partner and partner-to-CABP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AAAS grouped by CABP5-low versus CABP5-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
