CABP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,242 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT5, MED19, and SEC13. Each is linked with CABP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABP1-to-partner and partner-to-CABP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCT5 grouped by CABP1-low versus CABP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
