Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABIN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,882 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTHL1, PPIL2, and DDX17. Each is linked with CABIN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABIN1-to-partner and partner-to-CABIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CABIN1 versus NTHL1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
