CABIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,967 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf46, DHFR, and LINC00865. Each is linked with CABIN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABIN1-to-partner and partner-to-CABIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C4orf46 grouped by CABIN1-low versus CABIN1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
