CABIN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CABIN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 941 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABIN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAPZA1, METTL21A, and ME2. Each is linked with CABIN1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABIN1-to-partner and partner-to-CABIN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CAPZA1 grouped by CABIN1-low versus CABIN1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABIN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABIN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
