CABCOCO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CABCOCO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,645 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABCOCO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BBS2, DNMT1_S714, and TBL3. Each is linked with CABCOCO1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABCOCO1-to-partner and partner-to-CABCOCO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CABCOCO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CABCOCO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
