Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CABCOCO1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CABCOCO1 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CABCOCO1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CABCOCO1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and UVM show a favorable association.
BRCA, STAD, and UVM are the cancer types where CABCOCO1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
