Across TCGA cell cohorts, CABCOCO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,344 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CABCOCO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Intraciliary anterograde transport, and Membrane protein intracellular domain proteolysis. Each is linked with CABCOCO1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CABCOCO1-to-partner and partner-to-CABCOCO1 results are reported.
