The most reproducible CAB39L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, Retrograde transport, vesicle recycling within Golgi, and Copper ion export. Each is linked with CAB39L in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAB39L-to-partner and partner-to-CAB39L results are reported.
