Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CAB39 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CAB39 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CAB39 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CAB39 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where CAB39 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
