CAAP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,102 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR519A1, RNVU1-2A, and H2AC4. Each is linked with CAAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAAP1-to-partner and partner-to-CAAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR519A1 grouped by CAAP1-low versus CAAP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
