CA8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,107 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP421, ATP1B2, and ILKAP. Each is linked with CA8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA8-to-partner and partner-to-CA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP421 grouped by CA8-low versus CA8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
