CA8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA8-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, 4E-BP1, and Heregulin. Each is linked with CA8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA8-to-partner and partner-to-CA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by CA8-low versus CA8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
