Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA5BP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,411 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CA5BP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX3X, TXLNG, and SYAP1. Each is linked with CA5BP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA5BP1-to-partner and partner-to-CA5BP1 results are reported.
