Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA5AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,600 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA5AP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein methylation, Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process, and Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with CA5AP1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA5AP1-to-partner and partner-to-CA5AP1 results are reported.
