CA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,555 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIPA2P2, SRIP2, and ARRDC3-AS1. Each is linked with CA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA3-to-partner and partner-to-CA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NIPA2P2 grouped by CA3-low versus CA3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
