CA14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,898 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA14-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCAF8, GATAD2B, and SETDB1. Each is linked with CA14 in more than 26 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA14-to-partner and partner-to-CA14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CA14 versus DCAF8 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA14→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
