Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,722 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAXE, RPRD2, and UPP1. Each is linked with CA14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA14-to-partner and partner-to-CA14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CA14 versus NAXE in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
