Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,834 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CA14-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51T1, RNA5SP251, and PABPC1L2B-AS1. Each is linked with CA14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA14-to-partner and partner-to-CA14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR51T1 grouped by CA14-low versus CA14-high in HNSC.
