Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,938 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CA12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC16A3, HK2, and ITPRID2. Each is linked with CA12 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA12-to-partner and partner-to-CA12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CA12 versus SLC16A3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
