Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,737 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CA12-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02568, GLCCI1, and ERO1A. Each is linked with CA12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA12-to-partner and partner-to-CA12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CA12 versus LINC02568 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
