Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,923 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CA12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3649, RN7SKP60, and GPR32. Each is linked with CA12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA12-to-partner and partner-to-CA12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3649 grouped by CA12-low versus CA12-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA12→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
