CA11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,425 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, RNU1-62P, and LINC01035. Each is linked with CA11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA11-to-partner and partner-to-CA11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by CA11-low versus CA11-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA11→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
