C9orf16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C9orf16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,533 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C9orf16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANXA1, BAIAP2L1, and BICD2. Each is linked with C9orf16 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C9orf16-to-partner and partner-to-C9orf16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C9orf16 versus ANXA1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C9orf16→partner) and Y-score (partner→C9orf16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
