C9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,811 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C9-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAB2, SUN3, and GTF2H3. Each is linked with C9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C9-to-partner and partner-to-C9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C9 versus DAB2 in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C9→partner) and Y-score (partner→C9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
