Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C8orf58 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,693 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C8orf58-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDH13, ARHGEF10, and PSME2. Each is linked with C8orf58 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C8orf58-to-partner and partner-to-C8orf58 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C8orf58 versus CDH13 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C8orf58→partner) and Y-score (partner→C8orf58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
