Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C8orf58 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 648 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C8orf58-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF1P10, MAST4-IT1, and H2AC1. Each is linked with C8orf58 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C8orf58-to-partner and partner-to-C8orf58 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF1P10 grouped by C8orf58-low versus C8orf58-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C8orf58→partner) and Y-score (partner→C8orf58) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
