C8A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C8A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,925 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C8A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLCO2A1, ACOX3, and NEK1_S925. Each is linked with C8A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C8A-to-partner and partner-to-C8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C8A versus SLCO2A1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→C8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
