C8A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C8A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,184 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6864, FAM177A1, and BAP1. Each is linked with C8A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C8A-to-partner and partner-to-C8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6864 grouped by C8A-low versus C8A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→C8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
