Across TCGA patient cohorts, C7orf50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,436 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C7orf50-associated genes across cancer lineages are LAMTOR4, GNB2, and NUDT1. Each is linked with C7orf50 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C7orf50-to-partner and partner-to-C7orf50 results are reported.
