Across TCGA patient cohorts, C7orf50 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,161 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C7orf50-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are [4Fe-4S] cluster assembly, tRNA thio-modification, and Ribosome-associated ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process. Each is linked with C7orf50 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C7orf50-to-partner and partner-to-C7orf50 results are reported.
