Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C7orf50 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,548 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C7orf50-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPA3, ZNF12, and MIOS. Each is linked with C7orf50 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C7orf50-to-partner and partner-to-C7orf50 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C7orf50 versus RPA3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C7orf50→partner) and Y-score (partner→C7orf50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
