C7orf50

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C7orf50 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 209 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C7orf50-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, RPL31P54, and PGBD4P5. Each is linked with C7orf50 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C7orf50-to-partner and partner-to-C7orf50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5 grouped by C7orf50-low versus C7orf50-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C7orf50→partner) and Y-score (partner→C7orf50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
