The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher C7orf26 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C7orf26 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC are the cancer types where C7orf26 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
