Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C6orf62 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C6orf62 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher C6orf62 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C6orf62 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, UCEC, and SARC are the cancer types where C6orf62 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
